PKS Kids Face2Face 2024 - A Red Carpet Event

Welcome, PKS families, to our 9th biennial family and medical conference.  We look forward to meeting new friends and catching up with old ones.  And, of course, having a blast all weekend! 

We have a great weekend planned for you and your family.  Watch for emails from us regarding sibling childcare, complete agenda, and more.

• Rooms must be reserved by June 8, 2024 (Rooms at group rate only available, until block is full which may be before June 8---after that, normal hotel prices will apply)  
• Event registrations are due by June 8, 2024. 

NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

*Meals included in the conference are Thursday dinner, Friday lunch and dinner, and Saturday dinner.  PKS Kids is glad to pay for the meals listed for you and your family.  If more than two adults are attending, however, we will charge for those additional adults, and any children outside of your immediate family. You will be asked to note this on the registration page.  (The charge is per meal, per person.)  We will contact you about your payment method after registration is received.

• The group rate is available 2 days before the event and 1 day after (July 9th - 16th)  based on availability. Room cancellations are up to 48 hours prior.
•  When you click on this link and go to book a room, you must enter your arrival/departure as well as change the number of people in the room (top left corner).
• You must specify 1-4 people in the room and this correlates to the rate. PLEASE be aware so that you do not book a $146 single rate and then check-in with 4 people and the rate increases.   
• It shows as adults only but please understand that is actually total guests. The system does not allow us to specify adults vs kids.
